XWHO provides a stage for staff to actualize their ideas. Whatever their individual perspectives and achievements, every one is committed to working and learning from their colleagues/friends. This is how ideas are inspired, and mastered
Morning classes is a good stage for all the staff to obtain and exchange information on various topics. Usually it is held at 9:00-9:45 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The classes help to enhance the designers' abilities to express when giving lectures to the colleagues.
Professional Salons at 19:00-21:00 every Tuesday is where staff share their sparkling ideas or give interesting topics freely.
Academic lectures are launched by experts from time to time every year. Staff are encouraged to raise questions to professionals/experts and discuss the details of the designs.
Study and research are encouraged among employees. Staff is rewarded for their excellent performance. It is the collective efforts of individuals that contribute to their success.
Training opportunities are provided for excellent staff for further improvement in different organizations/colleges.
Work hard and play hard! XWHO staff always experience exciting and interesting moments in and outside the organization. XWHO has organized its own football and basketball teams; and regularly go out for refreshment.
