Anthony Chen joined XWHO Design in 2001 after he had served as a director in a state-owned institute of Design for over 10 years in north China. He has been engaged in many projects in urban planning, land resource development, real estate development and tourism development etc.
His innovative ideas and skilled techniques has won him a lot of awards in the past years therefore made him distinguished in design industry. As an experienced designer/planner, he has always been invited by local governments to give advices on urban planning and construction as well as give lectures in forums/seminars.
His representative projects include:
- Jinhua Lake-Sea-Pond ecological Idyllic Zone, Zhejiang (first place in international bidding)
- Chengdu Oriental New Town, Sichuan
- Zhangzhou Flower Expo center, Fujian
- Thames Town Project, Shanghai

With nearly 40 years' experience in Urban Planning/design, Lily Li is mostly respected by all XWHO staff because of her expertise and comprehensive understanding to nearly all kinds of projects. Before she took responsibilities of project manager in XWHO Design, Li has served as project managers in several large architecture companies in Guangzhou and Shanghai. She has been so far engaged in over 300 projects at different part of China. Furthermore, she has gained great honor for her planning/design intelligence and management abilities. She has acted as a mentor for the young staff in XWHO Design and has made a lot of contribution to the development of the organization.

Connie Liu obtained B.A. degree of Landscape Architecture from Beijing Forestry University and M.A. degree of Landscape Architecture from Lakehead University, Canada. During the years in XWHO Design, Liu has taken part in many projects home and abroad. Being a project manager, she is a perfectionist in her peers' eyes. In fact, she is particular caring for every detail of the design. That might be one of the factors which lead to the successes and awards of XWHO Design.

Daisy Wang graduated from Beijing Forestry University, and took the major in
Landscape and Gardens. She has been involved in over hundred projects and
Obtained over 8 years experience in landscape design. She is a lady full of
creativity and inspiration who is good at integrating various elements into the
modern design. She is also a knowledgeable designer and has a deep
understanding to the oriental culture.

Mulan has collected 10 years' experience in Urban Planning. Before she became a member of XWHO, She worked for a governmental architecture bureau. She has strong ability in managing the whole process of an overall urban plan and has proved herself in over 100 projects.

Senior Urban Planner
Graduated as a master of Urban Planning from Zhejiang University, Kevin Wang has served XWHO for over 4 years. He has been widely involved in many large-scale projects in urban planning, detail planning, strategic regional development, many of these projects were great successes.
His representative projects include:

Mr. Dai obtained M.A. degree of Landscape and Gardens from Beijing Forestry University. Before joined XWHO, he has worked for several large architectural companies and earned over 10 years experience. His representative projects include:
